The International Investment Platform Securitisation Fund (“the Fund”) (formerly Lombard 82 Securitisation Fund) was initiated, promoted and overseen by the Cornhill Management group of companies (“Cornhill”).  Cornhill was previously known as the “SFM Group”.

International Investment Platform o.c.p. a.s. operates an investment platform business regulated by the National Bank of Slovakia.

 The company was the indirect investee (beneficiary) of all investments made by the Fund.

International Investment Platform S.A. (“IIP”) is the sole shareholder of International Investment Platform o.c.p. a.s.

IIP received over €30 million from the Fund between 2007 and 2018.

• Established 2009 in Luxembourg

• Dissolved 2020

 

Adviser Services International Sarl (“ASI”) acted as payment agent for International Investment Platform o.c.p. a.s. in respect to regular savings products.

ASI received c.€20 million from the Fund between 2009 and 2014.

• Sold to LS International Finance S.A. in 2021 for €1

 

Cornhill Management S.A. acted as payment agent for International Investment Platform o.c.p. a.s. in respect to lump sum investment products.

 

The company received over €20 million from the Fund between 2012 and 2021. The majority of this funding was supplied to Cornhill Management Consultancy, Dubai.

• Sold to Magistral Private Equity in 2022

 

Cornhill Management (London) Limited (formerly SFM (London) Limited) was a subsidiary of Cornhill Management S.A.

 

The company was created in order to provided English language marketing and administration services on behalf of International Investment Platform o.c.p. a.s. (Slovakia) and Cornhill Management S.A. (Luxembourg).

 

Cornhill Management (London) Limited ceased to provide these services in November 2021. The company was sold to Magistral Private Equity Fund in 2022 and has been subsequently restaffed and repurposed.
